Dácia's life is a whirlwind of cultures and languages. From her childhood in Guyana to her current home in Brazil, she's collected experiences like souvenirs – slow traveling through 40 countries, mastering 7 languages, and soaking up the essence of 192 cities. Her heritage is a beautiful tapestry woven from 4 races and resulting in 6 ethnicities. Now, raising two Third Culture Kids who've already explored 15 countries, Dácia embraces a flexible education approach – worldschooling, unschooling, homeschooling – letting the world be their classroom. Their recent shift to running a boutique hotel in Rio is a natural extension of their love for exploration, offering a chance to share Brazil's magic with global citizens and create a space where cultures converge.
